Rosa Parks’ birthday was commemorated in NYC with a virtual (due to bad weather) press conference on the need for a School Bus Bill of Rights. Speakers included diverse parents from across the city and guests such as Deputy Public Advocate Nick E. Smith, State Assembly Member Jo Anne Simon, Charles Jenkins from the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists NYC chapter, Justin Wood from Electrify NY. Coverage:
